How We Work
From your first design ideas to your finished kitchen, here’s how we make it all happen.
Step 1: Initial Consultation & Survey
A home visit to understand your space, ideas, and needs. If you have architectural plans, our designers can start from those right away.
Step 2: Collaborative Design Service
A dedicated designer creates detailed CAD drawings, with unlimited free revisions until you’re completely satisfied.
Step 3: Studio Visit
You’re invited to the studio to explore samples, colours, finishes, and materials in person before final decisions are made.
Step 4: Final Site Survey
A detailed on-site check of all measurements and technical aspects to ensure everything is accurate before production.
Step 5: Production & Installation
Your furniture is manufactured and professionally installed according to schedule, or supplied only if you have your own installers.
Step 6: After Sales Care
Ongoing support after installation, covering adjustments, questions, and any issues to ensure long-term satisfaction.
